Pushpa Samadhi Meeting

As the summer begins and so many collecting and devotional activities are going on, the Seva Ashram had a special meeting for our very special project, this month we are starting the construction of Srila Gurudevs’ Pushpa Samadhi Mandhir.

Sripad Janardan Maharaj started the meeting with a beautiful request to all the devotees to help in this project.

Vaidehi Didi recorded the meeting and is putting together a video of the construction.

So many devotees came to hear and sign up for the program .

The ladies were enthusiastically waiting to hear how they could help with this service.

Hasyapriya Prabhu put together a presentation of the construction and said how the spot had been picked by Srila Gurudev and that he had referred to it as the ‘Tree where the Children Play’

And from that place where the Samadhi will be, there is a beautiful view of the whole Ashram.

Sarvabhavana Prabhu brought this beautiful picture of Srila Gurudev and said that he offered one to each person that donates more than a hundred dollars.

The construction of the verandah and parikrama path started Saturday the 26th of June, coinciding with the Kid’s camp. And its meant to be going on every weekend so by the 14th of July when our Sripad Janardan Maharaj returns from Brazil the construction of the Samadhi itself will begin.
